Jason Stone - Firearms/Ammo – Jason has been a part of Jeff’s Gunslingers team for close to 2 years now.  Jason helps in several areas of the store.   He spends most of his day helping in the firearms and ammo area.  Why is that?   Because he loves burning powder and putting lead downrange.   Jason helps our local Security Officers pick out the necessary equipment to do their jobs.   He is a member of several shooting clubs and NRA.  He has a vast knowledge of the older military firearms.  He loves those because he grew up as an Air Force brat living all over the world.   If Jason doesn't know what it is, he will look it up.   He helps on the sales floor and at the gun shows.   He is a Class III Security Officer.   He has been shooting for almost 36 years.    He shoots competitively in the Pistols discipline like Bullseye and IDPA.   He loves shooting all types of firearms from the older military firearms to the modern ones just coming out of the factory.

James Novak - Firearms/Ammo – James has been a part of Jeff’s Gunslingers team for about 1 1/2 years now.  James helps in several areas of the store.   When he is at the store, he spends most of the time helping in the firearms and ammo area.  He is a member of several shooting clubs and NRA.  He has been shooting for almost 40 years.   He grew up shooting and hunting.  We haven't found a firearm that he doesn't like.  He is continually trying to learn more about the various guns, ammo and accessories that are offered in the industry.  If James doesn't know the answer, then he will research it.   He is going to become a NRA Range Safety Officer in the near future.

We are always trying to increase our knowledge of firearms.  That is from the old historical ones to the modern ones.  Our employees may not know everything about a particular firearm, but we are continually learning.   We aren't afraid of learning about the guns.   And why would we be?   It is fun to learn about the firearms.   What is more fun than learning about them?   Actually getting to go out and burn powder in them.
