This class is the NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting Phase II. You have to take Phase I online before you can take this class. The link for Phase I is below. This class is approximately 5 hours long. That is classroom and range time. We will cover single action revolvers, double action revolvers, and semi-auto pistols in this class. Students learn NRA's rules for safe gun handling, range rules, range commands, fundamentals, assuming a proper two handed grip, learn how to safely operate a handgun, how to shoot from a bench rest position and how to shoot from the isosceles stance. This class is a lot of hands on. You will need a pistol, at least 200 rounds of ammo, hearing protection and eye protection. If you do not have a pistol, then I can provide one for you for an additional charge.
